The Online Coaching program is for individuals who have no access to adequate professional coaching but still are willing to work hard to reach their true potential. The individualized nature of this program allows the athlete to improve to the maximum.

The in-person coaching program is for local runners who are looking for individual or small group coaching. Like most of us, these runners need a coach to both create and direct workouts.

Yoga can be taken as a program on its own or be added to one of the other areas of CoachPearson.com. Strength and flexibility. 

Personal Training is more of a total fitness program than a running program. In this program the heart, lungs, and overall musculature are improved for the general health and well being of the individuals involved. Diet and other health related areas are also included.
